Qué hace la app

SolsBuryDomo es una app de control domótico para clientes de SolsBury Pure Energy. Se conecta únicamente al servidor Home Assistant de la propia vivienda del usuario.

Datos que recogemos

Ninguno. Domologic 360 no recoge, almacena ni tiene acceso a datos personales, credenciales ni datos de uso. Toda la información (usuario, contraseña, estado de dispositivos, consumos energéticos, cámaras) viaja directamente entre la app y el servidor del usuario.

Permisos opcionales

Si el usuario activa ubicación, notificaciones, cámara o micrófono, esos datos se usan solo para funciones de la app y se envían exclusivamente a su propio servidor Home Assistant. Se pueden desactivar en cualquier momento en Ajustes de iOS.

Notificaciones

Para gestionar las notificaciones, la app genera un identificador técnico del dispositivo a través del servicio Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Este identificador no está vinculado a tu identidad ni se usa para publicidad o seguimiento.

Terceros

No hay publicidad ni seguimiento. No vendemos ni cedemos datos personales a terceros.

Derechos

Conforme al RGPD, puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad escribiendo a info@domologic360.es. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

What the app does

SolsBuryDomo is a home automation control app for SolsBury Pure Energy customers. It connects only to the user's own Home Assistant server.

Data we collect

None. Domologic 360 does not collect, store or access personal data, credentials or usage data. All information travels directly between the app and the user's own server.

Optional permissions

If enabled by the user, location, notifications, camera and microphone data are used only for app features and sent exclusively to the user's own Home Assistant server. They can be disabled at any time in iOS Settings.

Notifications

To handle notifications, the app generates a technical device identifier through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. This identifier is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Third parties

There is no advertising and no tracking. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@domologic360.es, or lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
